The Loyalty Club Card is issued to you by the Paddy Reilly’s Irish Pub & Restaurant Group Switzerland.

It allows you to collect points on purchases of qualifying products at any of our Paddy Reilly’s Pubs/Restaurants

All cards have 2 Balances:

a) A Point Balance, which will always be less than 50 points.
b) A Value Balance, each 50 points earned will automatically convert to 5CHF in value.

The Value Balance will never be displayed on your Bill. Please ask your server for your Value Balance or check online.

The Value Balance is used exclusively for the payment of goods and services availed of in Paddy Reilly’s Pubs/Restaurants.

The Loyalty Club Card is not linked to any credit card, credit limit, overdraft protection or savings account. Interest, dividends or other benefits are neither bestowed on the credit on your Loyalty Club Card nor paid out or credited to you by the Paddy Reilly’s Irish Pub & Restaurant Group Switzerland. The value that is linked to your Loyalty Card is neither insured nor guaranteed. Your Loyalty Club Card is accepted as a means of payment in all Paddy Reilly’s Pubs/Restaurants operated by the Paddy Reilly’s Irish Pub & Restaurant Group in Switzerland. We reserve the right to refuse a Loyalty Club Card or to limit the use of a Loyalty Club Card if the use of your account is unauthorised, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful. The Loyalty Club  Card itself remains the property of Paddy Reilly’s.

Getting Points – In Switzerland, you can pick up a Loyalty Club Card from any of our Paddy Reilly’s pubs/Restaurants when paying your next bill. Register and activate your card online at www.paddys.ch. Points are awarded per Swiss Franc spent on selected menu items. It is only possible to collect points by presenting your loyalty card for swiping before you pay your bill.

Fees and Expiration Period – The Paddy Reilly’s Irish Pub & Restaurant Group does not charge you for issuing, activating or using your Loyalty Club Card. Points and Value earned are valid for 24 months.

Receipts and Statements – Card holders do not receive statements detailing individual transactions on a Loyalty Club Card account. You can check the balance of your Loyalty Club Card online at www.paddys.ch. You will need to have your Loyalty Club Card at hand to access your account. Your Loyalty Club Points balance is also shown on your receipt at the point of sale. It is recommended that you retain your receipts and check them against the online balance to ensure that it is correct. The Value Balance will never be displayed on your Bill. Please ask your server for your Value Balance or check online.

Dealing with Complaints – We reserve the right to amend the balance on your Loyalty Club Card in the case of a clerical, billing or accounting error. If you have any questions regarding your account transactions or a correction, or if you wish to contest a transaction or correction that was charged to your Loyalty Club Card, please present your receipt as proof of purchase. We will carry out an investigation and correct any errors that we confirm. We will let you know the result as soon as the investigation is complete. If no errors are discovered, you will be notified accordingly. Where legally permissible, we accept no responsibility for accounting errors unless you inform us within thirty (30) days of the erroneous transaction.

These Terms and Conditions apply to your access to, and participation in, the Paddy Reilly’s Loyalty Rewards programme which is operated by the Paddy Reilly’s Irish Pub & Restaurant Group (‘Paddy Reilly’s’) in Switzerland. These Terms and Conditions do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with Paddy Reilly’s for products, services or anything else. Paddy Reilly’s reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions or any guideline, FAQ or clauses pertaining to The Paddy Reilly’s Loyalty Rewards at any time and at its sole discretion. All changes to these Terms and Conditions will be published online at www.paddys.ch. You are bound to accept any changes and these are deemed to be valid if you do not object to them in writing to Paddy Reilly’s (this includes by email) within 10 days of publication. The message itself will contain specific information from Paddy Reilly’s regarding the option to contest a change as well as the consequences of not contesting the change. Should you disagree with a change, you can cancel your participation in the Paddy Reilly’s Rewards programme (and with it your agreement to these Terms and Conditions) with immediate effect.

Declaration of consent regarding the use of personal data – The personal data (email address, password, name, address, correspondence language, mobile telephone number, birth date, local pub) that you enter on registering for the Paddy Reilly’s Loyalty Rewards is used for implementing the programme. Additionally, you agree that the Paddy Reilly’s Irish Pub & Restaurant Group Switzerland may use your name, email address and mobile telephone number to send you information and promotional material relating to Paddy Reilly’s products, promotions and offers by email or text message, provided you have agreed to receive such information. Furthermore, you agree that, in addition to the above mentioned data, the Paddy Reilly’s Irish Pub & Restaurant Group Switzerland may process information collected during your participation in The Paddy Reilly’s Loyalty Rewards Programme regarding frequency, location, monetary value and products linked to the
use of your Loyalty Club Card for customer service and marketing purposes. You can withdraw this consent at any time by writing to The Irish Pub Company Basel/Zurich/Fribourg, Steinentorstrasse 45 4051 Basel/Talstrasse 82 8001 Zurich/Grand-Places 12 1700 Fribourg, Switzerland or by sending an email to info@irish-pub.ch.

Programme overview – Paddy Reilly’s Rewards is a loyalty programme through which Paddy Reilly’s endeavors to reward and thank loyal customers for patronising Paddy Reilly’s Pubs/Restaurants. To enroll in the Paddy Reilly’s Loyalty Rewards Programme and receive benefits, you can pick up a Loyalty Card from any Paddy Reilly’s Pub/Restaurant in Switzerland when paying your next bill. Register and activate your card online at www.paddys.ch. After registering the Loyalty Card, you will receive Receive a welcome drink voucher (Beer, Wine or Mineral) by email.

During registration the following information must be entered in the online registration form: Loyalty Club Card number, email address, confirm email address, password, first name, last name, birth month and local. Once you have completed the registration form and clicked ‘Register’, you will receive an email containing a registration confirmation link. After clicking this link your account will be registered. Points – for the purposes of Paddy Reilly’s Loyalty Rewards Programme, are earned each time your loyalty card is swiped before paying your bill, you are awarded per Swiss Franc spent on selected menu items. Initially, 1 point is rewarded per Swiss franc spent on eligible food and drink items purchased before 16.00 and 1 point is
rewarded per Swiss franc spent on qualifying drink items after 16.00. Drinks purchased when live acts and DJ’s are performing do not qualify. Each 50 points earned will automatically convert to 5CHF in value.

Promotion – extra points can be earned during promotional times to be advised. For example, earn double or triple points during promotional periods. Complimentary drink on your birthday – drink of choice (beer, mineral or wine) in the month of your birthday, can be awarded. To avail of these offers, the Loyalty Club Card must be registered and active for at least 6 months.

Miscellaneous – This agreement regarding your participation in the Paddy Reilly’s Loyalty Rewards is concluded in English. There are no membership fees associated with the Paddy Reilly’s Loyalty Rewards. Spend points accumulated under the programme have no cash value and no cash equivalent will be paid out during your participation in the Paddy Reilly’s Loyalty Rewards Programme or when, for whatever reason, you decide to stop using the programme. Your Points Balance, Value Balance, Benefits, registered Loyalty Club Card(s) and your account under the Paddy Reilly’s Loyalty Rewards programme are personal to you and may not be sold, transferred or assigned to, or shared with, family, friends or others. Paddy Reillys reserves the right to request proof of identity when you redeem your balance, take advantage of benefits, use your registered Loyalty Club Card or make use in any other way of the Paddy Reilly’s Loyalty Rewards programme. Paddy Reilly’s also
reserves the right to refuse to honour benefits that have been transferred to others. By participating the Paddy Reilly’s Loyalty Rewards programme you agree to receive emails regarding the programme and promotions offered as part of the programme to the last email address registered on your account. You can cancel your My Paddy Reilly’s Rewards membership at any time with immediate effect. Paddy Reilly’s reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Paddy Reilly’s Loyalty Rewards by giving three (3) months’ notice in writing (including by email) sent to the email address registered on your account. Furthermore, Paddy Reilly’s reserves the right to terminate your account and/or your participation in the Paddy Reilly’s Loyalty Rewards without notice if Paddy Reilly’s believes that you have violated these Terms and Conditions or that the use of your account is unauthorised, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful or in violation of these Terms and Conditions. Paddy Reilly’s reserves the right to change the conditions of the Paddy Reilly’s Loyalty Rewards programme at its sole discretion. The programme is in operation in all Paddy Reillys’ Pubs/Restaurants in Switzerland.

Changes to this agreement – We may change the conditions of this agreement at any time, including both our own and your rights and obligations. The conditions of the changed agreement will be published at www.paddys.ch. As permitted by applicable law, any change, amendment or deletion applies from the moment the information is published at www.paddys.ch, displayed in participating Paddy Reilly’s Pubs/Restaurants in Switzerland or otherwise conveyed to you. Unless we indicate otherwise, the change, amendment or deletion applies to your existing and future Loyalty Club Cards. You are bound to accept any changes, amendments or deletions if (1) you do not object to them in writing within ten (10) days of publication or within the time period stated in the publication or (2) you use your Loyalty Club Card after this notification period has elapsed. If you do not accept the changes, amendments or deletions, your Loyalty Club Card will be cancelled.

Applicable law – This agreement is subject to Swiss law.

Legal disclaimer and limitations of liability – We are only liable for deliberate action and gross negligence. This limitation of liability shall not apply in cases of mandatory legal liability (in particular in accordance with product liability law). It is also not applicable if and insofar as Paddy Reilly’s has provided a guarantee.

Entire agreement interpretation – Should a regulation within this agreement be determined unlawful or unenforceable, then the regulation in question shall be deleted to the minimum possible extent such that the agreement otherwise remains fully in force, effective and enforceable.  Headings in this agreement are for ease of orientation only and do not influence the interpretation of this agreement in any way.
